Trying to select some under cabinet LED lighting I eventually got to Eshine's web site since they seemed to have the most suitable selection for us.While I could learn a good deal about sizes available, I was CONSTANTLY DISTRACTED by the chat help window and pop ups informing me about people who'd just bought a light. Frankly, I could care less about someone's purchase in Schaumburg, IL! And with a question to ask, I tried the ever present chat window. This function needs work: I was permitted to enter in my question BEFORE informing who I was, but immediately asked for name, phone, and email and while filling this out, the chat froze. and wold no longer take any text! Had to close the entire eshine page to restart. A second attempt went nominally better, but was very clumsy.Decided to try email instead and ended up pleased: it's the same person (Paul) responding and the was knowledgeable, providing the answers I needed. And VERY quickly--much more so than any other email customer support email contact I've tried. So, rapid response + knowledge (Paul) won the business (as soon as my contractor gives the go ahead.)
