I started a small business and wanted a more affordable way to ship my products. It took several tries to get a sales call booked from their website. I should have taken that as a sign. After getting the eshipper option integrated into my website, I saw that the USPS option was not available, which is the primary method my clients want to use. I had one contact person (Husein), who often took weeks to respond to emails and didn't respond to phone calls at all. I tried to use the general customer service number and even the tech support contact from the website integration meeting. They all referred me back to the one contact person that infrequently responded to me. In over 1 month, the USPS service option issues was NEVER RESOLVED. I then requested to have the eshipper integration removed from my website because clearly this was not going to work out. I can't even get clear instructions on how to do that. And my one contact person still has not responded even after I requested to have the service removed. I know I'm a small business and not as much as a priority as larger customers. But I was shocked that there was no other option for getting customer service than through one person that was unresponsive.
