First, let me start by saying I love this showerhead. The pressure is perfect and the stream feels so refreshing. The size of the water openings are absolutely perfection. It feels so good, just right. I love the filters as well. I truly enjoy my shower every morning. So the engineering was well thought out and executed in manufacturing.
In addition to that, I just sent an email to customer service at 7:45pm on Friday night and I received a response within a few minutes that was above and beyond what I could have hoped. My question was answered and everything was sorted out to my complete satisfaction. Truly grateful to know that there are small companies that care about their customers and take the time to develop a spectacular product.
