I decided to finally try Eskiin after seeing advertisements for a while. I received my bundle order a day earlier than expected and noticed that I only had two filters when I was supposed to get three. I immediately contacted their customer service and they quickly responded and resolved the mistake. I've now had just three showers with their filtered shower head and let me tell you, my skin and hair have never felt better! I'm genuinely impressed with their product and now get excited to take a shower. And yes, it truly feels that much better! Thank you, Eskiin! You're a great company with great customer service!
Originally I ordered the handheld showerhead, it was not what I expected. So I asked for a return
and was accommodated extremely well. And then was suggested to use the wall mounted showerhead

I really like the new shower head, and the pressure is wonderful. I did not use the flow restrictor because the water pressure to my Apartment is not really good, but you would not know it with this product. I also had a payment question, and customer service answered my email in just a few minutes. So far, 90 days in, I love the product. Thanks Don
I deal with hormonal imbalances due to chronic illnesses, and my hair was thinning pretty rapidly. I’d already spent hundreds of dollars on vitamins, supplements, and pricy shampoos and hair treatments that when I saw an ad for the eskiin shower heads, I figured I could give it a shot. I was particularly pleased to see that this business is not only family-owned, but also American made!
I was brought to tears when I saw that with my normal hair routine, the amount of hair that fell out wasn’t even close to half as much. I was used to cleaning an entire handful of hair off my shower wall, but it had reduced to only a few strands. My skin has been healthier as well!
This has been such a huge blessing for me. I’ve been shouting from the rooftops how wonderful this product is. The support team is also prompt with responses and so helpful and kind. Please trust me when I say you will not regret purchasing this product.
On top of a great product, their customer service is top notch. I dropped the shower head wand and it consistently got a crack in the body that resulted in a leak. It was past the 60 day warranty but Eskiin took care of me and shipped a replacement out promptly upon my inquiry.
We LOVE our Eskiin shower head!!! The benefits of the filter are the cherry on top because it actually feels AMAZING as a shower head alone! It’s actually been the topic of discussion with my wife and I while on vacation to nice places that we can’t wait to get home to OUR shower or that showering in our own shower was what we missed about being away.
Also- this review is after several weeks of use and not written upon receiving a product that we don’t know yet if we love or hate it.

I loved it initially; the water pressure was great for a few days. But within about 10 days the pressure became nonexistant and we had to take the filter out to get any pressure at all. It was a sprinkler by the second week unfortunately
I indicated my product may have a problem. The company QUICKLY responded with potential solutions but also let me know that if those solutions didn't work, they would replace the product. What I liked (other than the promptness of the reply) was right up front they were concerned about my customer experience and weren't dismissing my issues; i.e., trying to get out of replacing my product.
Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I have sent three messages and have not received a single response. I ordered one shower head and filters but was sent two shower heads and charged for both. Regardless of how the mistake happened, I was charged significantly more than expected. I contacted customer service within days of receiving the order to return the extra item, but they have completely ignored me. Returns are only allowed within 60 days, yet you cannot return an item without contacting customer service which makes this situation even more frustrating. This lack of response is unacceptable.
Just wanted to let everyone know that I purchased the handheld shower head bundle for christmas. I started breaking out even more and then when I went to get a refund, I still ended up paying $57 in total. They lie when they say they give a full refund. This is a scam. Don't get this product.
