Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I have sent three messages and have not received a single response. I ordered one shower head and filters but was sent two shower heads and charged for both. Regardless of how the mistake happened, I was charged significantly more than expected. I contacted customer service within days of receiving the order to return the extra item, but they have completely ignored me. Returns are only allowed within 60 days, yet you cannot return an item without contacting customer service which makes this situation even more frustrating. This lack of response is unacceptable.
