I really like the new shower head, and the pressure is wonderful. I did not use the flow restrictor because the water pressure to my Apartment is not really good, but you would not know it with this product. I also had a payment question, and customer service answered my email in just a few minutes. So far, 90 days in, I love the product. Thanks Don
