I want to share my experience so far. I purchased a service that Eskooly offered through their official channels. After making the payment, the service was not delivered, and when I reached out for support, my messages were ignored.At this point, Eskooly has refused to provide the service I paid for and has stopped responding altogether. This is extremely disappointing and reflects very poor customer service.I am still requesting a solution or a full refund, and I hope Eskooly addresses this issue as soon as possible.
