I purchased tickets through the platform and paid extra for their premium package, which clearly advertised free cancellation. However, when I attempted to cancel, I was informed that the tickets were non-refundable, with references to hidden policy details that were never disclosed during booking. They later agreed to refund only €10, but that refund was never processed. This feels misleading and unprofessional. The platform's deceptive service presentation and failure to fulfill their promises make it a service I cannot endorse.
