The return leg was canceled when we didn't take the outward leg, and we were not informed. Additionally, there was no one available in the office to help resolve the issue (it was outside their working hours, but when tickets are sold for weekend travel, better support than a basic AI should be available for customers facing issues!). Thankfully, the airline managed to fix the situation very professionally and informed us that we were entitled to some compensation due to the company's error.

At 13:41, we received their email to pay the price difference, and by 13:49, we had completed the payment. Shortly after, they sent us an additional charge of 66 euros, claiming there was a price difference from the time they sent the email to when we paid (less than 8 minutes later). It feels like a scam.
