My elderly mother mistakenly booked a flight through the platform, thinking it was the airline's website. She requested a booking change, and they provided the cost difference. At 13:41, we received their email to pay the price difference, and by 13:49, we had completed the payment. Shortly after, they sent us an additional charge of 66 euros, claiming there was a price difference from the time they sent the email to when we paid (less than 8 minutes later). It feels like a scam.
