I booked a hotel with eSky well in advance, only to find out that the actual hotel had no record of my booking. When I contacted eSky, they lied repeatedly, claiming that the hotel did have my reservation and that they would provide a confirmation number 48 hours before check-in.Fast forward to 12 hours before check-in, and I still had no confirmation number. I contacted the hotel again, and—unsurprisingly—they still had no record of my booking. Meanwhile, eSky kept copying and pasting the same scripted responses, insisting they were contacting the hotel, but they never did.With no other choice, I had to book another hotel last minute at triple the cost, just to avoid being left stranded.This company is an absolute scam—they take your money and leave you with nothing. Any positive reviews you see are fake. Do NOT be fooled by their low prices—you’ll end up paying far more in the long run when they leave you without a hotel. Avoid eSky at all costs!I DONT EVER LEAVE REVIEWS BUT THIS IS THE WORST THING IVE EVER EXPERIENCED WITH A COMPANY SO I WANT TO SAVE ANYONE FROM USING THEM EVER!
