Pure scammers. They show low prices to lure customers (e.g., from google flights). Some hours AFTER YOU PAY, they ask you (much more, five times as much, in my case) money to release the ticket. I have screenshot, don't lie, please. Also, in my case, the money you requested was not about a fee but, purportedly, but a rectified price for one leg of the journey after you contacted the airline. I'm talking about flight ticket purchase, not searching or comparison. I do that using google flights, not your useless engine.EDIT 2: contacted their chat team after avoiding the useless AI. They first tried to deny my case with some nonsense such as "your ticket is not refundable" (irrelevant since they didn't provide the service); then, they said I will receive refund, only after I threatened them with a chargeback dispute. These are REALLY scammers, willfully.
