This service is disorganized; my flight has not been confirmed. I was informed that my case would be forwarded to the appropriate team for a refund, but when I inquired about when I would receive a confirmation cancellation email, I was told it needed to be escalated to the relevant team. They could not provide a timeline for my refund and advised me to wait for a while. I want my money back as soon as possible since they have not confirmed the flight, so the refund should be automatic.
