The return leg was canceled when we didn't take the outward leg, and we were not informed. Additionally, there was no one available in the office to help resolve the issue (it was outside their working hours, but when tickets are sold for weekend travel, better support than a basic AI should be available for customers facing issues!). Thankfully, the airline managed to fix the situation very professionally and informed us that we were entitled to some compensation due to the company's error.
