My husband booked return flight Zagreb-Milano-Zagreb through esky. His credit card was charged and confirmation email by esky was received timely with booking references and all. When he came to the airport in Zagreb, it turned out that the reservations with the airline companies involved were never confirmed, so my husband was denied a boarding pass. When contacting customer service, he was badly handled by a chat-bot via the Esky app (no other way to establish contact at that point was possible). The first time he was actually handled by a live agent was almost 2 hours later. Esky never fixed the problem. The only thing they were prepared to offer was to refund the price paid for the ticket. My husband had to buy new tickets; he came 12 hours later than originally scheduled (missed a whole business day and the meetings in Milan on the first day), and had to incur extra costs for the tickets that were almost twice as expensive (last-minute booking) at his own expense. He is now expecting Esky to at least pay the promised refund. Let's hope that day will come. Terrible, frustrating, nerve-breaking experience. We will never use Esky again.
