I booked through this website and it charged me $100 more than booking directly through the airline. When I realized that mistake I contacted them to cancel my order (within 15 minutes of placing it). They said it was now out of their hands and I would have to contact the airline directly. So I now paid $100 more for absolutely nothing - complete scam, learn from my mistake and just book directly or at least be careful and double check!
I needed to change one leg of our trip and cancel and cancel the other. I was on the phone to take care of all this with a man by the name,Kamil, who was most pleasant and courteous. I hope I spelled his name correctly.
Kamil is an asset to your business and went out of his way by calling me back every step of the way to make sure funds were repaid to us for the cancelled trip while making sure I was a satisfied client.
I would give a negative star if I could. This mimicked the real EasyJet website so I thought I was booking with the airline. $243 seemed high for 2 tickets but not outrageous (I found out later even this is outrageous). Then there were MANY additional fees and it got up to $1000! Stupidly I thought this was EasyJet and I paid. ESky.com is not responsive to requests (each email takes about 24 hours for turn around), and they hold you hostage - you can't change directly with the airline!!! I *do* seem to have a legitimate ticket with the Airline however. I am about to book a separate outbound ticket direct with EasyJet just so I'm sure I have a seat on the flight I want to change to.
eSky firstly misrepresents itself by using the title Skyscanner to fool users into thinking this is the actual bona fide Skyscanner site Then, they have a dysfunctional booking system that sells tickets without sending confirmation of a booking and without proper authorisation of credit card charges according to EU rules. Then they have an absolutely abysmal customer service that refuses to deal with issues and only drags the issue out without confronting clear violations of fundamental retail practices and customer rights. This happened to us. Because he received no confirmation of a booking, my husband proceeded to purchase additional flights on the same day until he had amassed 3 bookings, 2 of which were unconfirmed and only showed up later on our credit card statement. This was in September 2025. Since only the cost of one flight was refunded minus cancellation fee (!) These are deceptive and incompetent business practices, if not fraud. This all occurred though we were still within our 14-day statutory rights to cancel any purchase without providing a reason.
The service canceled my two paid flights consecutively without any reason, claiming it was due to a system issue. I ended up buying the same ticket from another provider. They refunded my money, but not the full amount. I would advise against using this service!
The website is misleading and imposes excessive fees. I searched for a specific airline and was redirected to another platform. Although the airline name was prominently displayed, the other brand was noted in a small corner. I ended up paying an additional €80 for a flight that actually costs €180. No service was provided, just a feeling of being cheated.
