I recently hired ESMAD PEST CONTORL to treat one of my houses for bed bugs. They guaranteed that everything would be resolved within seven days. After following their instructions to leave the room untouched for a week, we cleaned the room only to find bed bugs still present.When we called to report the issue, they offered to schedule a retreatment but demanded full payment again, despite the initial treatment's failure. This was particularly frustrating as we had adhered to their technician's advice.Seeking a second opinion, we contacted other companies who advised leaving the room for 14 days and making noise daily to ensure the treatment's effectiveness. This was information we had not received from ESMAD PEST CONTORL.I believe it's unfair to be charged the full price for a second treatment when the initial service did not meet their guarantee. This experience has been disappointing, and I would caution others to consider this before using ESMAD PEST CONTORL's services.
