I contacted this service after hearing scratching under my floorboards. The first visit was by a representative who seemed a bit inexperienced and didn’t fully explain what to expect in the following visits. He applied some poison and left. When the noises persisted, another agent came and applied more poison around the house and sealed some holes. Over the next few days, I received reassurance and instructions from him. He returned for a final visit, and we successfully eliminated all our issues.

Charged £165 for a 15-minute spray, starting before my cat and I had left the house. They missed many areas in the problem room and left a sticky residue everywhere. I was initially told it was safe for my cat after 4 hours, but upon contacting the pesticide manufacturer, I was advised against bringing my cat back due to toxicity. The company was unhelpful and rude. I’m left with an unsafe home and £165 down. Very dissatisfied. Would not recommend.
Do Not Use! Unprofessional staff with outdated equipment. One representative was nice but lacked details and preparation. The management is indifferent and only wants to collect payment without fulfilling their promises. The website looks professional, but the reality is the opposite. Extremely Poor Service. They sprayed what I later learned was just water while the property was occupied, claiming it was safe. It didn’t eliminate any cockroaches, and when I called back, they stated it wasn't guaranteed, despite their website claiming otherwise. The owner even suggested I pay £185 for another visit and insulted me. I later hired another company that handled the situation professionally. I filed a claim against this service with my bank—AVOID.
The technician sprayed chemicals on floors and mattresses but didn’t check areas where bedbugs hide. The visit lasted only 15-20 minutes, and we were charged £185. The treatment was ineffective, and shortly after, I found live bugs. We had to hire another company that provided a thorough treatment and was much more effective, even though it was pricier.
