CONTACT BEING IGNORED AND FALSE…

CONTACT BEING IGNORED AND FALSE PROMISES! We placed an order for a set of 6 dining chairs back in November. The delivery arrived 2 weeks later, when we opened the boxes the chairs were the complete wrong colour. We contacted Esme immediately and they assured us that the chairs would be collected and an exchange would be made. When we explained the chairs were the wrong colour we were given a complete different design and told the ones we had ordered were now out of stock. We explained we would wait for the stock to come in, and was advised this would be Christmas week. Christmas came and passed, after being told the day before the wrong stock had come in on the shipment we were told this wouldn’t be delivered in time for Christmas now. However we would have the chairs early part of new year. That came and went and when we contacted ESME they said the order had again been delayed and that we would have an update this week… when trying to contact the passed two days the calls have been answered and hung up or ignored entirely. Please, please, please don’t waste your time and money with this company. They are clearly doing it to everyone looking at the past couple of months reviews.
