Review Time
I had placed the order a few weeks ago and then read the reviews on here and started to worry but this worry was misplaced. I can only say my dealings with this company were unbelievably good. I placed the order and within 3 weeks my furniture arrived straight to my door in northern Ireland as advised by the company both by email and txt. An unbelievable service. Will absolutely order from them again.
Very easy to deal with and a smooth experience from start to finish. Placing the order was simple, delivery was prompt and hassle-free, and the product met my expectations. I would definitely purchase from them again.
The craftsmanship is solid and you can tell care went into making it. Delivery was handled with attention, and everything from ordering to arrival ran smoothly. Overall, I’m very pleased with both the product and the service.

We ordered the square accoustic wall tiles - light oak and black felt. The wooden slats are fixed onto the felt from the back with fairly short staples. 2 of the tiles had loose slats when we opened the plastic wrap. You need to plan to have extra tiles or you will be giving yourself a problem. Alternatively, buy the branded product- these are not great quality.

I have purchased from Esme in the past and had a great experience, I then needed some lighting and a media unit for my extension, Delivery came within 7 days which was great, However i needed to return some lights as they did not go with my decor. I emailed Esme and spoke to Katie who was really helpful, I got my return collected within 3 days and from that my refund came. It was my own fault for the return but Esme were really helpful in assisting me and getting this resolved. I will surely be back. Thanks Guys!A
