Was told next week31/03/25 - I asked for updates on collection? ESME waiting on couriers response.02/04/25 - I asked for updates on collection?Now its next week08/04/25 - Courier collected items 7am17/04/25 - I asked when refund process starts? Up to 14 working days and my refund was processed on 15/04/25 and ESME received items on 10/04/2507/05/25 - I asked for updates on refund its been 16days? They'll revert back to me with an update08/05/25 - I asked for an update and timescale of when I'd hear back regarding refund?They asked for bank details to transfer money 'immediately' and this may be in my account on 09/05/25 or by '12/05/25'12/05/25 - I received an email stating money will be in account today13/05/25 - I asked about refund as I've still not received?Advised I'd receive today for sure.14/05/25 - I emailed stating my family will leave negative reviews as refund still not received?I got a pretty quick response the refund should appear in account now and to check.I requested to resolve poor service with £100.
