Esme have been excellent with us and our two separate orders of dining chairs. They had the best price on the specific chairs we wanted - this is after we had seen them elsewhere at a much higher price - and Esme had free delivery.Their communication throughout was great - both with emails about the arrival of the products at the warehouse and about how to track our delivery... even after care to see that the boxes/products had been delivered in pristine condition.Our chairs are terrific and appreciate all the care we had...
