I received the Eureka Speciliata coffee grinder in chrome finish with a dent on the front surface, despite the box showing no signs of damage during shipping. While customer service was responsive and understanding, I feel their policy on damaged products is lacking and does not prioritize customer satisfaction. I was offered a refund, but it seems insufficient given the price of the machine. Additionally, returning the machine incurs shipping and potential custom fees since I am outside the EU.
