They had the Eureka Mignon Zero 65 grinder available long before it was stocked by other retailers. I ordered it, and it was delivered incredibly fast. I've been using it for a year and am extremely satisfied. It works excellently for lighter roasts, which I struggled to extract with other grinders.
I received the Eureka Speciliata coffee grinder in chrome finish with a dent on the front surface, despite the box showing no signs of damage during shipping. While customer service was responsive and understanding, I feel their policy on damaged products is lacking and does not prioritize customer satisfaction. I was offered a refund, but it seems insufficient given the price of the machine. Additionally, returning the machine incurs shipping and potential custom fees since I am outside the EU.

Although I received some technical advice, they are strict about the warranty period of 12 months. It seems unreasonable for a high-priced item to fail after 18 months with no accountability from the seller or manufacturer. It’s important to note that if you have a warranty claim, the return shipping costs are your responsibility, which can be quite expensive.
