This is a disappointing update to my previous 5-star review. I bought a grinder 18 months ago while in Australia. The ordering and delivery process went smoothly, and I was happy while it worked. However, it has now broken down, and support has been minimal. It took several days and multiple emails to get a response. Although I received some technical advice, they are strict about the warranty period of 12 months. It seems unreasonable for a high-priced item to fail after 18 months with no accountability from the seller or manufacturer. It’s important to note that if you have a warranty claim, the return shipping costs are your responsibility, which can be quite expensive.
