I went to get a London Fog for me and my friend at one of your shops at the airport — it consists of a cup of steamed milk with a splash of vanilla syrup and a bag of earl grey. The barista then decided to charge me 170!!!! For this! I told her that couldnt possibly be right, and I’ve never been charged more than 55 for this before ANYWHERE — not at espresso house either. She then continued to be rude and persistent, rolling her eyes at me and claiming that it was a fair price for two beverages!! I am a student and was trying to have a good start to my trip with my friend which we’ve been looking forward to for 5 months. I will definitely not be returning to Espresso House, and i demand my refund for either the amount in its entirity or the difference — which should be at lest 60kr!! That’s more than a full beverage, and 170 is an expensive full meal af a restaurant! Please get back to me as soon as possible, this is making me so upset — the transaction itself and your rude employee who clearly has NO clue what things cost. She also didn’t give me my receipt!
