I already had an inkling that this establishment wasn't up to par, and I should have steered clear. I visited their café at a local transit station and ordered a scone to go. Unfortunately, it was as hard as a rock in the center. When I mentioned this to the staff, they stated that it just needed to be warmed up. This is absurd! If you're offering baked goods, they should be ready to eat as is. Instead of addressing my concern properly, they implied that most of their scones were similarly hard. I won't be returning!
