Disappointing Experience at the Café

I already had an inkling that this establishment wasn't up to par, and I should have steered clear. I visited their café at a local transit station and ordered a scone to go. Unfortunately, it was as hard as a rock in the center. When I mentioned this to the staff, they stated that it just needed to be warmed up. This is absurd! If you're offering baked goods, they should be ready to eat as is. Instead of addressing my concern properly, they implied that most of their scones were similarly hard. I won't be returning!

Stale scones and disappointing service

I already knew that this establishment had a reputation for poor quality, so I should have steered clear. I visited their café at a local transit station and ordered a scone to go, only to find it was rock hard inside. When I voiced my concern, the staff suggested it needed warming up. That's absurd! Freshly baked goods shouldn't require reheating to be edible. If a customer raises an issue, the response should aim to improve their experience, not acknowledge that most of the scones are inedible. I won't return!

Avoid this company

Since July, I've been trying to reach the customer service but have yet to receive a response. I cannot recommend this company. I hope they take notice and get in touch.

Misleading espresso quality

The espresso served here is misnamed. It doesn't compare to a true espresso; you can find better coffee from machines elsewhere. A trip to Italy might help them understand what real espresso is.

Continual decline in quality

The situation has only worsened each year, with no improvements in sight. The menu is stagnant since before the pandemic, the app is frustrating, and the leadership's decisions have led to increased prices and decreased quality. The point system has fewer options, exemplifying a decline in overall service.

Coffee order mishap in Copenhagen

I ordered a coffee in Copenhagen, and it arrived spilled in a dirty cup. When I requested a replacement, the barista merely wiped it with a towel in front of me. This is completely unacceptable.
