I ordered a Nordic walking stick with a stag horn thumb, expecting it to arrive on Monday, December 22nd, but it never came. On Wednesday, December 24th, a package from the company was found at an empty house nearby, poorly packed and broken open. The contents were unrecognizable and definitely not a walking stick. The case was dirty and covered in pet hair, and the knob was also filthy and worn. The inner parts were similarly in bad condition. I was quite upset and contacted the company, but they asked me to send photos of the item and mentioned that nothing could be done until Monday. I requested a refund and for the item to be collected, but the representative hung up.
