I received part of my order, but one item was missing, and the other order hasn't arrived at all. Despite emailing multiple times, the seller has ignored every message without even a basic acknowledgment. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I've paid in full and am left with missing items and orders, along with zero communication. It feels as though once they have your money, they vanish. I've made several attempts to resolve this, but they seem uninterested in correcting their errors. I'm now considering taking further action due to their refusal to respond. A dreadful experience from start to finish. Avoid this seller — they do not fulfill orders and do not communicate when issues arise.
