Steer clear of this seller. They sent my items to the wrong address and then insisted I halt the refund process through my bank. Their online support system is ineffective and nearly impossible to reach a representative. Even visiting the store was unhelpful as they claimed not to handle online orders. When I tried to file a complaint, I received no response. They still demand I stop pursuing a refund with my bank.
