worst company ever

I have the misfortune that my company picked them as a client. They decided the take the service away from us to a different company and didn't tell our company anything about their plans. One day we started receiving calls and emails from customers asking about contract changes and it slowly dawned on us, that we were about to loose our job. YES, we learned about loosing our jobs via our customers. The Company refused to give our management any information about the exact date when our service will end, they have already created a new team, that will take over our jobs. And they keep not only us, but also the new team and the branches we work with in the dark. The customer is sent from one team to the next regarding their questions and problems about the new contract and not one of the three teams that could give any information can actually give any information to the customers, because Essilorluxottica chose to not inform or train any of the three teams at all!! Worst company I've ever had - and I already went through quite a few redundancies in my worklife. Never ever had it been such a mess. Headless chickens could have planned this transfer better.
