I just recently went to get some gas and washer fluid for my jeep at your location in GRAND BEND, ONTARIO. I was thrilled to run into TRINITY THERE! She had remembered me from a different place and as I was in awe of this wonderful skilled caring representative behind the till,and I was struggling a bit with the card terminal, she was so kind and reassuring about my uncomfortable fumbling. I am struggling with a bit of social anxiety and then I came to realize it was the same EARTH ANGEL that had been kind to me some time ago in a different place and here she was!!!! It was TRINITY! SO glad to see her and she is a true BLESSING to any business that were to hire her! I will be back because she is there! She was so welcoming and HELPED ONCE more reassure me to not FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE and she was being so patient! THE KINDNESS was OUTSTANDING. AS I was walking in she was also serving another person with TOTal attention and really engaged with them!! SO IMPRESSED SHE IS IN YOUR ESSO HERE!!!!!!! She is a true EARTH ANGEL!!! thank you , So much TRINITY and ESSO!!! She is the example of what CUSTOMER SERVICE should BE. I SO SO SO appreciate!!!!!!! My social anxiety is healing up nicely and she is a BIG reason I was able to take more steps in this process. This KINDNESS and HER Personality make a huge difference. IT can make it or break it !!! She is a HUGE BONUS to this location!
