Useless. Didnt listen to what I wanted from my mortgage, I signed up for free lifetime brokering, then was told I have to pay on remortgage when again, they didnt listen to what I wanted. I had to chase and chase, ask for information that they should have provided. The remortgage was ten times harder than the inita mortgage because of this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
