I’m giving this one star solely to share my experience with the company. They should really consider using a reputable delivery service instead of a lesser-known one with poor ratings. Charging customers so much for products and not providing reliable delivery is quite embarrassing. The company needs to improve and stop being so greedy, as there are many unhappy customers like me who will share similar experiences. It's disappointing for a million-dollar company.
