Frustrating Lack of Refill Options

It's disappointing that the matte powder is available in deep amber, yet the refill in that shade is not offered. I've also observed that this color is not available at various retailers. It seems odd that all the lighter shades are stocked, but the darker ones are neglected. There are other makeup brands that cater to a wider range of skin tones and do not have such inconsistencies. I will choose to go with those instead.

I’m giving this one star solely to share my experience with the company. They should really consider using a reputable delivery service instead of a lesser-known one with poor ratings.
