100 dollars later and almost a month, no product

I ordered one of their "gifts" paid over 100.00!!! November 26th, 2022. The order never arrived, so I started tracking the package. Kept saying "in transit" then one day it just said "unable to deliver, package returned to sender!" What the heck! I used the chat service, rep said was re sending the order at no cost to me! Still no package. I called Customer Service, girl said the package had been re ordered. Today is December 18th! and still nothing for my 100.00!! I will NEVER EVER order from Estee Lauder again! and I am going to dispute the 100.00 charge with my bank. This is disgusting from such a HUGE name in the industry. SHAME! on you Estee Lauder.
