I’m only giving one star to submit my review about the company. It’s frustrating that they rely on a delivery service I’ve never heard of, which seems to have poor ratings. For the prices charged, I expected a reputable delivery option. It’s quite disappointing to see such a lack of effort in ensuring products reach customers properly. This reflects poorly on the company, and it leaves customers like me unhappy. There are likely many others who feel the same way and will share similar experiences. As a major company, this situation is quite embarrassing.
