I’m not sure where to start. I cannot say enough good things about the entire Estenove experience! From front to back, the whole process was extremely thorough and as seamless as possible. The whole team was extremely professional and kind throughout. Starting with Kate and the initial consultation team to the doctors and their team performing the procedure to Mélissa and Beril and their post-op team. Everyone was just amazing. They support you at every step. All the transportation and hotel logistics were fantastic. My liaison / translator at the clinic, Írem, was so sweet and just the absolute best! She was there every step of the way during the procedure and helped explain all the aftercare throughly. The whole experience was an absolute 10/10. The results obviously speak for themselves as well. I am a little less than 3 weeks post-op and can already see a huge difference in my hairline!! I am beyond excited to continue seeing progress in the coming months. The only word of caution I’d give is be prepared for a fair amount of swelling / discomfort during the initial stages of the healing process. The team will provide very detailed instructions regarding the post-op care, follow them vigilantly! The post-op team will check in with you every other day to track progress and answer any questions or concerns as well. Again, just cannot sing the whole team’s praises enough!! Estenove is first class all the way through!
