I am currently 1 month after my hair transplant with Este Nove, this being my second hair transplant having previously gotten one at home in Ireland 🇮🇪. This allows me to compare my experience between the two transplants and so far the whole experience with Este Nove has been far superior to the one in Ireland. I was initially worried about going to Turkey for a hair transplant, this is why I stayed in Ireland for the first one. A few quick points to highlight the differences between the two: in Ireland I paid €6,000 and got 1,800 graphs and they spent about 3 hours working on my hair, it felt quite rushed and there was no aftercare products. In este Nove I paid €3,300 and got 2,700 graphs bearing in mind my donor area was already limited so if I had of went here first I probably could have gotten 4,000 graphs. Also in este Nove they spent 7 hours on my hair and the initial stage whereby I met the doctor and we discussed my hairline and he marked up my hair that lasted nearly an hour which made me feel at ease. The post operation communication was also very good and the team checked in on me every 2nd day looking for photos. Highly reccomend Este Nove.

I’m not sure where to start. I cannot say enough good things about the entire Estenove experience! From front to back, the whole process was extremely thorough and as seamless as possible. The whole team was extremely professional and kind throughout. Starting with Kate and the initial consultation team to the doctors and their team performing the procedure to Mélissa and Beril and their post-op team. Everyone was just amazing. They support you at every step. All the transportation and hotel logistics were fantastic. My liaison / translator at the clinic, Írem, was so sweet and just the absolute best! She was there every step of the way during the procedure and helped explain all the aftercare throughly. The whole experience was an absolute 10/10. The results obviously speak for themselves as well. I am a little less than 3 weeks post-op and can already see a huge difference in my hairline!! I am beyond excited to continue seeing progress in the coming months. The only word of caution I’d give is be prepared for a fair amount of swelling / discomfort during the initial stages of the healing process. The team will provide very detailed instructions regarding the post-op care, follow them vigilantly! The post-op team will check in with you every other day to track progress and answer any questions or concerns as well. Again, just cannot sing the whole team’s praises enough!! Estenove is first class all the way through!
I will say that I am totally satisfied with Estenove, with the care and professionalism they gave! From the very start to the very end. The team was very welcoming and very professional. I arrived at the airport and was transported to my hotel with no issues. I liked how everything was individual and I didn’t have to ride with anyone for any of the sprinter transports. On the day of my appointment. I signed the paperwork, paid, had my consultation, and was in the operating room all within 45mins of arriving. I was a little nervous honestly and the doctor provided me with a Xanax. After the blood tests were done, they started the procedure right away. After the numbing I actually fell asleep. I was then transported back to my hotel with all the medication and aftercare I needed. The pain was virtually pain free after the procedure. I went the day after for my wash, which took about 20mins and I was all done! The aftercare they gave and still are providing has been great. I have not once felt as if they didn’t take care of me and have always been responsive and upfront! I’d definitely recommend to anyone seeking a transplant! Surprisingly smooth experience!
I’m now 6 months post-op and really happy with how everything is progressing. The entire process was smooth and well organized, and the team made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Azak was excellent. He was professional, reassuring, and clearly very skilled at what he does. The aftercare support has also been responsive and helpful throughout.
I have just completed week 10 this week. At the moment, I believe I am still in the shedding (shock loss) phase and waiting for better days ahead.
So far, what I can say about Estenove Clinic is that everything went exactly as planned. The entire team was very kind, professional, and always available to support me whenever I had questions or needed assistance.
I am very satisfied with the experience up to now. Let’s see how the final result turns out!
I had a hair transplant at Este nove, in Istanbul two years ago.
Now that the final result is fully matured, I can clearly say I am very disappointed with the outcome. The hairline was designed far too low and in an extremely straight, unnatural shape. There is no natural irregularity or soft transition in the front, which makes it look artificial.
The placement appears too far down on the forehead area, and the density in the first row is too compact, which makes the hairline stand out in an unnatural way — especially when I move my facial muscles.
I was promised a natural and age-appropriate result, but the final outcome does not reflect that. After two years, this is clearly a design issue, not a healing issue.
I hope the clinic will take responsibility and offer a corrective solution.
