We had two shipments sent to us via Estes and both experiences were awful. #1 We purchased a vanity from Bed, Bath, and Beyond and paid for it to be delivered inside the house. The delivery-person wanted to leave it outside in our driveway. I had to argue with him until he finally complied.#2 The first shipment was the wrong item, so it was picked up and returned by a different shipping company (good experience). Then we scheduled shipment #2 to be dropped off. Estes Express gave me a window from 10a - 2p. When I hadn't heard from them by 1p, I called only to be told that the shipment never made it to the warehouse, so they wouldn't be coming. There was ZERO communication about this until I called. They then told me that they could deliver it between 4p - 6p on the following day. I planned my day around that only to be told by my wife that they came when I wasn't home at 2p. Fortunately, my wife was working from home that day. They were supposed to call when they were on their way. Did that happen? No. They called when they were in front of our house.This is the worst shipping experience I've ever had. I wish Bed, Bath, and Beyond would stop using them. It makes me not want to purchase anything from there.
