What a waist of time and money! They charge like a 5 star but give 1 star service not ones have they ever delivered on time always 2 to 3 days late. One day delay is a gift! Do not waist your money.
I wish I could give Estes zero stars but then I couldn't post this review. Absolutely horrible shipping company. Order a shipment of brick from MA, Estes site said it arrive in Harrisburg but it didn't actually. It got sent across the country. I only found this out because the purchasing company found the package. It wasn't after my 6 tickets that were created or the 2 phone calls that I placed to Estes...nope they didn't do anything for me. After my shipment was located they finally called me to schedule a delivery. Said they would be there between 10-1 and needed someone to sign off on the shipment. The shipment didn't arrive until 3pm. Terrible customer service and very unreliable shipping company. DO NOT USE if at all possible.
Carla that works at the Edwardsville location is the most rudest disrespectful woman I ever in my life talk to!! she talks over you she yells at you. Your money you spent on the product is not a priority. They don’t care about you taking losses. They first said they said My package was delivered in the garage. Then they turned around and said it was delivered at the end of my driveway, but no care at all about my missing items. Carla gets on the phone and yell at me and talks over me. I wouldn’t recommend a dog to have them to deliver their stuff
We had two shipments sent to us via Estes and both experiences were awful. #1 We purchased a vanity from Bed, Bath, and Beyond and paid for it to be delivered inside the house. The delivery-person wanted to leave it outside in our driveway. I had to argue with him until he finally complied.#2 The first shipment was the wrong item, so it was picked up and returned by a different shipping company (good experience). Then we scheduled shipment #2 to be dropped off. Estes Express gave me a window from 10a - 2p. When I hadn't heard from them by 1p, I called only to be told that the shipment never made it to the warehouse, so they wouldn't be coming. There was ZERO communication about this until I called. They then told me that they could deliver it between 4p - 6p on the following day. I planned my day around that only to be told by my wife that they came when I wasn't home at 2p. Fortunately, my wife was working from home that day. They were supposed to call when they were on their way. Did that happen? No. They called when they were in front of our house.This is the worst shipping experience I've ever had. I wish Bed, Bath, and Beyond would stop using them. It makes me not want to purchase anything from there.
Estes Delivery played a major role in the mess with my $3,200 sofa delivery. They delivered only half of my order, and the remaining parts were sent to someone else entirely. Their communication was poor, and the situation was never properly clarified or resolved.I am still without the rest of my sofa, and Estes has provided no meaningful solution or timeline to fix the problem. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Estes for furniture deliveries—especially for anything expensive or multi-piece.
If I could give negative 5 I would. I cancelled Thanksgiving plans because they sent an email stating they would be here the Wednesday before. The original date was the Wednesday after. The night before after I cancelled everything I received an email it was delayed and would be delivered Friday..no email..no call..I had to research because you can’t contact them to see if my $2500 purchase was being delivered so I didn’t waste another day home. I was able to find out it was coming Monday..no call, email..nothing until an hr prior I received a text..they would be there around 945 am. I have a dr appt that was scheduled 6 months prior .let’s see if they show on time..I won’t be back until 1130 and I will not be charged for another fee due to their poor communication and customer service!!!!
I received a call from a Chula Vista number - not identifying it as a company. A message was left that I have a shipment they need to schedule. I've called 4 times and have been on hold for over 30 minutes each time before I finally gave up. I have no idea what the shipment is as we are in the middle of a remodel and things are being delivered daily.
I would give no stars if possible. I've been waiting for a delivery since 10/06/25 and have yet to receive it. The one day they tried the lift gate broke so they had to take it back. That was on the 16th. It didn't even make it on the truck yesterday and guess what... No delivery today and no one is answering the phone.
