I would give them a -100 if I could. I was texted twice that the delivery would be today between 12 and 4 pm. We both took time off from work. We're onsite at 1130 and it's 6:03 and nothing called customer service 2 times and thr first we were assured it was out for delivery. The send time was after 430 and found out the delivery had be parsed out to another party and that party parsed it out to yet another company. Ridiculous, infuriating and terrible customer service, not the staff those poor souls must be torturedat the thought of coming to work for a pos company.. @HOMEDEPOT you have failed using them and should cancel your contract and maybe go with the 3rd company that actually wanted your business.By it being a 4th party there is zero accountability.
