My issues began immediately after the procedure. Typically, there’s a recovery day followed by a professional wash to maintain scalp hygiene. I had to send my travel details in advance to secure my appointment. The day after my operation, I was informed I would be picked up for my wash, but it coincided with my departure to the airport, leading to confusion and forcing me to wash my hair myself, which should have been included. This was frustrating and foreshadowed further issues. Post-op, responses to my inquiries took longer, and I’m still waiting for a reply to a question I sent weeks ago. Now, six months later, the results of my “simple surgery” with a low graft count are disappointing. Some grafts were poorly placed, leaving areas I was most concerned about unchanged. While I still have hair, the surgeon's work seems to be the issue. Despite claims of only accepting a few patients to ensure quality, there were at least four others during my stay. While the staff was friendly, the quality of service and medical advice was lacking. I am very disappointed.
