One representative has been exceptionally attentive, consistently checking on me and quickly addressing any questions or concerns during my recovery. His commitment and kindness truly shine. I rarely write lengthy reviews, but my experience here warrants a detailed account to prevent others from facing similar issues. Many of the glowing reviews seem artificially inflated. I followed all instructions and remained patient for over a year, only to receive an unnatural hairline, empty patches, evasive responses, and a push for an additional $3,000 for more grafts. Logistics were poorly managed, with late drivers, subpar accommodations, and unappetizing meals. During my procedure, glass shattered in the operating room without explanation. I was passed around different communication channels, faced ghosting for weeks, and inconsistent answers. They do not uphold their regrowth guarantee. The promised results vs. reality: I paid for maximum grafts, but the service was lacking. Transportation was often late, the hotel was inadequate, and the meals were disappointing. On the day of departure, I was nearly late for my flight due to delays. The surgery itself was concerning, with broken glass during the procedure and no follow-up on what happened. My hairline looks artificial, and growth in certain areas is nonexistent. Follow-up communication has been poor, with long delays and excuses. They seem to focus on upselling rather than delivering quality results. I wanted to leave a positive review, but instead, I faced poor outcomes and unfulfilled promises. If you're considering this clinic, be wary of their offers and ensure you get everything in writing.
My issues began immediately after the procedure. Typically, there’s a recovery day followed by a professional wash to maintain scalp hygiene. I had to send my travel details in advance to secure my appointment. The day after my operation, I was informed I would be picked up for my wash, but it coincided with my departure to the airport, leading to confusion and forcing me to wash my hair myself, which should have been included. This was frustrating and foreshadowed further issues. Post-op, responses to my inquiries took longer, and I’m still waiting for a reply to a question I sent weeks ago. Now, six months later, the results of my “simple surgery” with a low graft count are disappointing. Some grafts were poorly placed, leaving areas I was most concerned about unchanged. While I still have hair, the surgeon's work seems to be the issue. Despite claims of only accepting a few patients to ensure quality, there were at least four others during my stay. While the staff was friendly, the quality of service and medical advice was lacking. I am very disappointed.
I had a very positive experience with the service. From the warm welcome at the airport to the final wash, everything was seamless. The medical staff was highly professional, and the doctor performed excellently. I am completely satisfied with the results.
