I have been subscribed for about 2 years for my razor replacement heads and had no issues until now. Recently, my razor handle broke, so I ordered a replacement immediately. Almost 3 weeks have passed since my order, and I still haven't received anything. I reached out to the support team for an update, and they mentioned someone would contact me within 48 hours. Now, 3 days later, I still have not heard back. I am very let down and will be looking into switching to another supplier.
