The service has historically been reliable with timely razor deliveries, but that’s not the case anymore! I was supposed to receive my razors in December, for which I was charged. Now it’s January 13th and there’s still no sign of them. I’ve reached out to the support team four times and have yet to get a response. Extremely unsatisfactory service.
I have been using a razor head replacement subscription for about 2 years without any issues. Recently, my razor handle broke, and I quickly ordered a replacement. Nearly 3 weeks have passed since my order, and I still haven't received it. I contacted the support team for an update, and they promised someone would reach out within 48 hours. Now, 3 days later, I still have no updates. I am quite disappointed and will consider changing suppliers in the future.

The blades are excellent and very moisturizing, especially for my sensitive skin. However, the clips that hold the blades are very disappointing. It's not an old razor, and I'm not pressing hard, yet the blade pops off after just a few strokes, which is frustrating.
I've been a customer for several years, initially starting with their razors but switched to deodorant once available. I prefer it to a different brand I used before, and the subscription service is very convenient. I recently forgot to adjust my shipment date, and after my order shipped, the representative was incredibly nice and helpful, resolving everything beyond my expectations.
