My adjuster Lois ignored me 2 weeks straight! Her manager Chris is an aszhole and blamed me for my brand new car getting in a wreck that I was not involved in. No empathy. My policy clearly states "No matter who is at fault" yeah right. I'm getting lawyers involved! They can kiss my ass. and my police randomly went up $60 for no reason. like what?
