Very extremely pleasantly surprised with esurv! let's be honest, anything with e-something usually makes me feel suspicious, "it's an e-thing, not traditional, probably cheaper but also riskier". I was wrong. I initially found them through "compare my move" which is a comparison site. I was then bombarded by so many emails from different suppliers, but what stood out was Lynn's follow up, she called and explained everything without being pushy. E-surv's price wasn't the cheapest or the highest, the service I got was top though. The booking was arranged the following day for the day after! I had my digital report (handy) and the full PDF after only 3 days!! I had a call two days later from the surveyor (Eddie) who was VERY thorough in his report, his subsequent call was very helpful as well. well worth everything I paid for. As a 1st time buyer, I was really stressing about this and I'd def recommend these guys.
