In a rush to pay my car registration, I mistakenly used a different service and overpaid. When I realized the mistake, I called to cancel the transaction. They said they would file my request and get back to me soon, but it wasn't resolved satisfactorily. A second representative was polite, but the outcome was the same. They claim orders are processed immediately, yet I saw that the registration fee remained unpaid during my attempts to resolve the issue. Additionally, supervisors are only available 24 hours after the transaction? The fees included an $80 convenience charge. I do not recommend this service!
