My tag in FL was $81.10 for 1 year for an 11 year old car. They unilaterally, arbitrarily billed my account $120 + change without my acknowledgment or approval on their service fees. The service fee is absolutely outrageous. This is a third-party company. It is not the state registration. I called the number that the state of Florida gave me and pushed zero for an operator. The system hangs up on you. You cannot communicate with them via telephone. I will never do business with them again. Do you want to do business with a company who charges whatever they want without telling you?

Frustrating Experience with Overpayment

In my rush to pay my car registration fee, I accidentally ended up on a different site instead of the official one and ended up overpaying. After realizing the fee was excessive, I called their support team to request a cancellation. They informed me they would file my request and get back to me within an hour. Unfortunately, the resolution was unsatisfactory, and when I spoke to another representative, although they were courteous, the outcome was the same. They insisted the orders are processed immediately, yet I could see that my registration fee remained unpaid even after my attempts to resolve it through customer service. Additionally, their supervisors were unavailable for over 24 hours after the transaction, which was very frustrating. Their bill included a convenience fee that amounted to $80 of inconvenience. I cannot recommend this service!

Customer service prioritizes policy over help

They said they would file my request and get back to me soon, but it wasn't resolved satisfactorily. A second representative was polite, but the outcome was the same. They claim orders are processed immediately, yet I saw that the registration fee remained unpaid during my attempts to resolve the issue. Additionally, supervisors are only available 24 hours after the transaction? The fees included an $80 convenience charge. I do not recommend this service!
